Saving Seeds From My Garden

Hello my gardening friends. It has been a bountiful summer in my home garden this year and I have an overload of various seeds that I will be saving for next year (and to give away to my friends and family). My Blackeyed Susan, Butterfly Bush and Purple Coneflower plants were extremely hardy this year and I am currently drying the last of the seed heads indoors.

Blackeyed Susan (Rudbeckia hirta)

Purple Coneflower (Echinacea purpurea)

Butterfly bush (Buddleja davidii)

How are things progressing in your gardens? I would love to hear from you. Happy Gardening!

I’m so envious – the echinacea didn’t grow for me. I will try again next year… an amazing amount of seeds you’ve got, anyway.
